What it costs to leave it
Some marking jobs are not a parking lot. A warehouse floor has to separate forklifts from people. An athletic court has to be dimensionally correct for the sport. An EV bay has to be visible enough that a petrol car does not sit in it.
These need different materials and different tolerances from standard stall striping — a court laid out by eye is unusable, and a warehouse aisle marked in traffic paint will be scuffed off by pallet trucks within a season.
That is the work we take on when the specification is unusual: custom colours, custom stencils, thermoplastic pads and layouts that have to be measured rather than estimated.

Materials & standards
The right product for the traffic it takes
Thermoplastic for bays and high-wear areas
Heat-applied thermoplastic is thick, highly visible and lasts several times longer than paint. It is what we use for EV bay pads and anywhere a solid block of colour has to survive traffic — the red and green EV pads in our gallery are thermoplastic.
Warehouse floors need the right product
Interior concrete takes an epoxy or a floor-grade coating, not exterior traffic paint. Pallet trucks and forklift tyres will lift standard paint quickly, so we specify to the traffic the floor actually sees.
Courts get measured, not estimated
We set courts out from measured centre lines to the governing dimensions for the sport, then mask and paint in sequence. A court that is close is still wrong — line position is the whole point.

In most cases yes. Give us the colour reference at the site visit and we will confirm what is achievable in the material the surface needs — bear in mind an exterior thermoplastic has a narrower colour range than an interior coating.
A thermoplastic pad will typically outlast painted markings around it by a wide margin, which is exactly why we specify it — an EV bay is a solid block of colour taking full tyre contact, and paint wears through it quickly.
Usually, by zone. We section off one area at a time and work around your shift pattern. Cure times vary by product, so we will tell you exactly how long each zone is out of use before we start.
Yes. For a change of sport or a new floor layout the old lines come out first — overlaying a new set on top of a visible old set makes both harder to read, and on a court it makes play genuinely confusing.
Yes. Send us vector artwork and we will cut a stencil for logos, lettering or bespoke symbols. We will flag anything too fine to reproduce cleanly at pavement scale before we cut it.
