Parking Lot Striping That Passes Inspection

Crisp stall lines, arrows, crosswalks and fire lanes — laid out to get the most usable spaces from the asphalt you already have.

The problem

What it costs to leave it

Faded lines do not just look neglected — they cost you spaces. When drivers cannot see a stall edge they park wide, and a lot laid out for 60 cars quietly starts holding 50.

They also shift risk onto you. Unclear fire lanes and access aisles are the first thing a fire marshal or an ADA complaint will point at, and a slip-and-fall claim is much harder to defend on a lot with no visible pedestrian route.

Restriping is the cheapest maintenance you can buy. It is a one-day job on most lots and it resets both the capacity and the appearance of the property.

Our process

Four steps, no surprises

You get a fixed written price before anything starts, and a walkthrough before we leave.

  1. 1

    Free Site Visit

We walk the lot, measure it, and note surface condition, drainage and current stall count.

  2. 2

    Written Quote in 24 Hours

A line-itemised scope and price — materials, stall counts and timeline, with no obligation.

  3. 3

    Scheduled Work

Most jobs start within 3–5 days. We phase the work so sections of your lot stay open.

  4. 4

    Final Walkthrough

We inspect every line with you before we leave, and confirm cure times before you reopen.

Materials & standards

The right product for the traffic it takes

  • Water-based traffic paint

Our standard for parking lots. It cures fast enough to reopen sections the same day, holds colour well, and is straightforward to refresh on a maintenance cycle. Best value for anywhere that is not taking constant turning traffic.

  • Thermoplastic

Heat-applied and far thicker than paint. We specify it for entrances, drive aisles and anywhere tyres scrub the same line daily — it lasts several times longer than paint in those spots.

  • Layout to standard

We lay out stalls, aisles and pedestrian routes to the ADA Standards for Accessible Design and mark traffic-control elements to the MUTCD, the federal manual governing markings and signage.
